Session credits represent the number of nutrition appointments included in your plan.
Each scheduled session uses 1 credit.
Most clients use one credit per visit, whether the session is completed or missed.

A session credit is used when:
β’ you complete a scheduled appointment
β’ you miss an appointment without notice
β’ you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session

You can view your:
β’ upcoming appointments
β’ session activity
in your Client Portal at any time.

β’ Credits are applied automatically based on appointment activity
β’ Missed or late-canceled appointments still use a session credit
β’ Credits cannot be restored once used
β What happens if I run out of session credits?
If you have no remaining credits:
β’ you may need to purchase additional sessions, or
β’ your next session may be billed as an out-of-pocket visit or processed through your insurance, depending on your coverage
