❗ What is considered a missed appointment?
A missed appointment (no-show) occurs when:
• you do not join your scheduled session, and
• our support team does not receive a cancellation or reschedule request in advance
If you are unable to attend your session, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
💳 What happens if I miss an appointment?
If an appointment is missed:
• the session will be marked as used
• the session will not be refunded or returned to your account
• in some cases, a fee may apply depending on your plan
⏰ Running late to your session
If you are running late, please join your session as soon as possible through your Client Portal.
Please note:
• your provider may still need to end the session at the originally scheduled time
• this helps ensure all scheduled clients are seen on time
