You can log into your Client Portal to manage your appointments, complete forms, and stay connected with your care team.


🔐 Logging into your Client Portal

To access your account:
    1.    Visit the Client Portal login page
    2.    Enter the email address you used to sign up
    3.    Enter your password
    4.    Select Sign In

Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your appointments, forms, care plans, and billing information.


📱 What can I do in the Client Portal?

Your Client Portal is where you manage your care. You can:

📅 Manage appointments
    •    schedule new appointments
    •    view upcoming appointments
    •    join your sessions

💳 Manage billing
    •    view invoices
    •    pay outstanding balances
    •    purchase packages (if applicable)

📈 Track your progress
    •    view and set goals
    •    review care plans
    •    track your progress over time

📝 Complete forms and programs
    •    fill out intake forms
    •    complete assigned programs

📎 Share information
    •    upload documents
    •    view documents shared by your dietitian

If this is your first time accessing your account, you may receive an email invitation to set your password.

Follow the link in that email to complete your setup.
