How do I reset my Client Portal password?

If you’re unable to log into your Client Portal, you can reset your password in just a few steps.


🔑 Resetting your password

To reset your password:
    1.    Go to the Client Portal login page
    2.    Select Forgot Password
    3.    Enter the email address associated with your account
    4.    Check your email for a password reset link
    5.    Follow the link to create a new password


📧 Didn’t receive the reset email?

If you don’t see the email:
    •    check your spam or junk folder
    •    make sure you entered the correct email address
    •    wait a few minutes and try again
