Overview

Top Nutrition Coaching offers both self-pay (out-of-pocket) and insurance-based nutrition counseling with licensed Registered Dietitians (RDs).

Both options provide personalized nutrition coaching—the primary difference is how appointments are billed and scheduled.

Self-pay packages are subscription-based and automatically renew based on the selected plan. Clients receive a booking credit each billing cycle that can be used to schedule their appointment.

2. Bi-Weekly Subscription

Best for: Clients who want regular check-ins while maintaining flexibility.

Includes

  • Initial 45-minute consultation
  • One 45-minute follow-up every other week
  • New booking credit issued every two weeks

Price

  • $89 every two weeks

3. Monthly Subscription

Best for: Clients who need occasional accountability and ongoing guidance.

Includes

  • Initial 60-minute consultation
  • One 60-minute follow-up each month
  • New booking credit issued monthly

Price

  • $119/month

Insurance Packages

Insurance clients follow the same overall coaching cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), but appointment lengths and frequency are determined by each client's insurance benefits.

Initial Consultation

Insurance initial consultations are typically:

  • 60–90 minutes

Follow-Up Visits

Follow-up visit length and frequency depend on the client's insurance coverage.

Once a client submits their insurance information:

  1. Our team verifies benefits.
  2. Verification generally takes up to 4 business days.
  3. The client is informed of:
    • Visit length
    • Number of covered visits
    • Any copays or coinsurance
    • Any coverage limitations

Because every insurance plan is different, we cannot guarantee appointment length or frequency until benefits have been verified.
