Quick answer: Most appointment issues are caused by browser, device, or internet connection problems — and can usually be fixed quickly.

You may experience:
    •    video not loading
    •    audio not working
    •    trouble joining your session
    •    session freezing or disconnecting


🛠️ Try these steps first

👉 Most issues can be resolved by:
    1.    Refreshing your browser
    2.    Checking your internet connection
    3.    Switching to a different browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)
    4.    Restarting your device
    5.    Logging out and back into your Client Portal


📱 Device tips

For best results:
    •    use a laptop or desktop when possible
    •    ensure your browser is up to date
    •    allow camera and microphone permissions


⏰ If your appointment is starting soon

If you’re having trouble right before your session:

👉 Join as soon as possible — even if late
👉 Your provider may still be able to continue the session


⚠️ Important to know
    •    Providers may need to end sessions at the scheduled time
    •    Technical issues do not automatically cancel your appointment
    •    Late cancellations or no-shows may still apply
