If you’re having trouble accessing your client portal, there are a few common reasons this may happen. Follow the steps below to quickly resolve the issue.
Common login issues and how to fix them
1. I forgot my password
You can reset your password at any time.
• Go to the login page
• Click “Forgot Password”
• Enter the email address associated with your account
• Follow the instructions sent to your email
2. I didn’t receive the login or reset email
If you don’t see the email:
• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure you entered the correct email address
• Wait a few minutes and try again
If you still don’t receive it, contact support.
3. I’m using the wrong email address
Your account is tied to the email you used when signing up.
• Try any other email addresses you may have used
• Search your inbox for previous emails from Top Nutrition Coaching
4. The page isn’t loading or working properly
Try the following:
• Refresh the page
• Clear your browser cache
• Try a different browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)
• Try logging in from another device
5. My account may not be set up yet
If you recently signed up:
• Check your email for an invitation to access your portal
• Make sure you’ve completed the setup steps
