If you cancel your appointment too close to the scheduled time, the session will be considered used and may not be refunded.


⏰ When is a cancellation considered late?

To avoid losing your session, you must request a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are considered late cancellations.


💳 What happens if I cancel late?

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment:
    •    the session will be considered used
    •    the session will not be refunded or returned to your account
    •    in some cases, a fee may apply depending on your plan


🔁 How do I cancel or reschedule?

To request a change, email: support@topnutritioncoaching.com

Include:

  • your full name
  • your appointment date and time
  • whether you’d like to cancel or reschedule

⚠️ Important to know
    •    Appointment changes are not confirmed until our team processes your request
    •    We recommend reaching out as early as possible if your plans change
    •    This policy helps ensure appointment times remain available for other clients
