Why can’t I see available appointment times?

If you don’t see available appointment times in your Client Portal, it’s usually due to limited availability or scheduling constraints.


⏰ Common reasons you may not see availability

1. Your provider’s schedule is fully booked

Dietitians manage their own schedules, and available time slots may fill quickly.

New appointments may open as schedules are updated.


2. Limited availability for your specific needs

Availability may depend on:
    •    your provider’s schedule
    •    appointment type
    •    your location or coverage


3. You may be viewing a limited date range

Try selecting different dates or checking back later, as new time slots are added regularly.


🔁 What should I do if I can’t find a time?

If you’re unable to find a time that works:
    •    check back later for newly added availability
    •    try different days or time ranges
