Refunds may be available in certain situations, but not all charges are eligible for a refund.


💳 When refunds may be available

You may be eligible for a refund if:
    •    you accidentally subscribed and canceled immediately
    •    you were charged in error
    •    there was a billing issue with your account

If this applies, please contact our support team as soon as possible.


⚠️ When refunds are not typically available

Refunds are generally not provided for:
    •    completed sessions
    •    missed appointments (no-shows)
    •    late cancellations
    •    sessions already used or deducted from your plan

🔁 Subscription-related refunds

If you subscribed to a plan by mistake and canceled right away, you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility depends on:
    •    how quickly the subscription was canceled
    •    whether any sessions or benefits were used

Include:
    •    your full name
    •    the email associated with your account
    •    the date and amount of the charge
    •    a brief explanation of your request
