How do I schedule an appointment?

Quick answer: Log into your Client Portal, choose a time, and confirm your appointment.

You can schedule your nutrition sessions directly through your Client Portal in just a few steps.


📅 Scheduling an appointment

To book a session:
    1.    Log into your Client Portal
    2.    Go to the Appointments section
    3.    Select Schedule Appointment
    4.    Choose an available date and time
    5.    Confirm your appointment

Once scheduled, your appointment will appear under Upcoming Appointments.


👀 Viewing your appointment

You can return to the Appointments section at any time to:
    •    view upcoming appointments
    •    check your appointment date and time
    •    join your session when it begins


🔁 Scheduling follow-up sessions

Many clients schedule follow-up sessions to stay consistent and make progress toward their goals.

You can book additional sessions at any time using the same steps above.


⏰ Can’t find a time that works?

If you don’t see availability:
    •    check back later, as providers may add new time slots
    •    try selecting a different day or time range
