How do I join my appointment?

Your nutrition sessions take place through your Client Portal. You can join your appointment directly from your portal at the scheduled time.

Follow the steps below to access your session.

Step 1: Log Into Your Client Portal

Visit the Client Portal login page and sign in using the email address you used when creating your account.

Once logged in, you will be able to view your upcoming appointments.

Step 2: Locate Your Upcoming Appointment

After logging in, navigate to your Appointments section.

Here you will see:
    •    Your scheduled appointment date and time
    •    The name of your dietitian
    •    A button to join your session

Step 3: Join Your Session

At the time of your appointment:
    1.    Log into your Client Portal
    2.    Open your scheduled appointment
    3.    Select Join Session

Your appointment will open in a secure video session within the portal.

We recommend logging in a few minutes early to ensure everything is working properly before your session begins.

If You Are Running Late

If you are running a few minutes late, please log in and join your appointment as soon as possible.

If you are unable to join your session, please contact our support team for assistance.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you are having trouble joining your session:
    •    Make sure you are logged into the Client Portal
    •    Refresh your browser and try joining again
    •    Check your internet connection
